- NeedyMeds. An online information resource of programs that provide assistance to people who are unable to afford their medications and health care costs. - Rx Outreach. Non-profit patient assistance program (PAP) that provides affordable prescription medication and over 500 different medications through a mail-order pharmacy. Qualify based on income, but may use regardless of age or if using another discount medicine program or PAP.
