Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
Alternate languages: Arabic & Farsi
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping individuals navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and the process of healing from trauma. My passion is supporting clients as they build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and reclaim a sense of balance and inner peace.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and rooted in compassion, respect, and cultural sensitivity. I believe that the most meaningful progress happens when clients feel truly heard and understood. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. Together, we create a safe space to explore challenges, process emotions, and identify practical tools for coping and growth.
Life inevitably presents obstacles, whether through loss, stress, relationship struggles, or the quiet feeling that something needs to change. Therapy offers the opportunity to step back, reflect, and gain new perspective. You don’t have to face these moments alone.
It would be my privilege to walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth, offering support, encouragement, and a steady presence along the way. Together, we can work toward creating the life you want and deserve.
