My name is Lori Bell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, pain-related disorders, and relational therapy.

Grief is a universal language that we will all experience at some point in our lives. My decision to become a therapist was shaped by the profound loss of a parent and the complexity of emotions that accompanied that experience. Moving through my own grief gave me a deeper understanding of the human condition and the ways we long for love, belonging, and connection.

Painful memories and emotions can affect not only our internal world but also the ways we relate to others. Too often, we move through life shaped by how others see us, without realizing the lens of trauma that colors our self-perception. As we begin to gently remove that lens, many discover themselves in a more authentic, connected, and meaningful way. This process can feel both profound and deeply spiritual.

In my practice, I walk alongside clients as they process trauma, strengthen relationships, and find steadiness through life’s inevitable ups and downs. Together, we use a variety of therapeutic modalities to create healing, resilience, and meaningful connection. My eclectic approach includes CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Parts Work, allowing me to move seamlessly between modalities based on what is most needed in the present moment. For many clients, this integrated process is not only healing but transformative.

I believe that when we begin to heal ourselves, we also begin to transform the way we show up in our lives and relationships. Healing creates space for growth, compassion, and renewed purpose.

Whether you are grieving the loss of a relationship, a loved one, a career, or even parts of yourself during life transitions, there is hope. It is possible to move forward with a deeper sense of connection, clarity, and strength. I look forward to walking with you on this journey and being a supportive presence as you create a life of meaning and authenticity.
