Grief and loss can feel overwhelming, and often, the world around us pushes us to “move on” before we’re ready. I understand how difficult it can be to carry that pain while still trying to show up for your family, work, and life. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to hide or minimize your grief. Together, we can process your loss in a way that feels safe and meaningful, while also finding ways for you to continue moving toward your personal goals and sense of purpose. My own experience with grief has taught me that everyone’s journey is unique, and there is no “right way” to process it. I don’t believe in rushing or forcing closure — instead, I walk alongside you, helping you carry your story and find healing at your own pace and in your own way.

I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology and have worked with adolescents and adults ranging from 10 to 76 years of age. I specialize in supporting people who have experienced trauma and exploitation, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, physical, verbal, and emotional harm. I’ve also worked with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, serious mental illness, and challenges related to relationships, family conflict, religious or cultural pressures, and the criminal justice system.

Because our cultural and personal backgrounds shape how we experience pain, I approach therapy with an appreciation for your story in its full context. I strive to create an environment where you feel seen, heard, and valued — not just as a client, but as a person.
