Licensed Professional Counselor

Hello! I am Regina Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My educational background, experience as an educator and School Counselor, and work within the mental health field have all contributed to my passion for helping others. These experiences have prepared me to work with children, adults, and couples navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Grief became deeply personal to me after the loss of my mother when I was a young child in elementary school. Because of this experience, I understand that grief is not something people simply “get over.” It is a deeply personal journey that can impact every area of life. Supporting individuals through grief and loss has become one of my specialties, and I strive to help clients learn how to live through and beyond their loss with compassion and support. No matter where you are in your healing process, I am here to help you navigate it one moment at a time.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Narrative Therapy techniques, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can share your story openly. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all; I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and restorative, and I aim to create an environment that feels compassionate, warm, creative, and authentic so you always have space to be yourself and process life’s challenges.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” — Maya Angelou
