Michelle Nurre

Licensed Professional Counselor – Supervisor

I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years & I absolutely love what I do for a living! I have a passion for helping people who are hurting or who are struggling to find relief from their emotional pain. Whether you are going through a life transition, trying to find out who you are as a person, or struggling to make it through each day, I would love the opportunity to guide you through your life challenges.

I love working with all clients of all ages. I have worked with those coping with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, divorce, abuse & neglect, grief issues, chronic mental health issues, & relationship difficulties. I believe that if you can change the way you think you can change your behavior. I also believe that people are naturally “good” & that your environment & life experiences help to shape you as a person. You have the capacity to change your attitudes & behaviors regardless of your situation. Even though you may have been dealt some bad cards or made some less than desirable choices, you can always turn your life around. Life is meant to be enjoyable, not painful & full of regrets.

Life can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. Having a trusted & non-judgmental person in your corner may be just what you need to overcome life’s obstacles. I would love to be able to be that person to help you help yourself.

“Acknowledging the good that is already in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” Eckhart Tolle.
