Monique Aguilar

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Adrianna Linares and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in child therapy and ADHD. I earned my BSW and MSW from UT Austin, and over the years I have worked with children in foster care, domestic violence survivors, and adults in hospital settings. Throughout all of it, I have brought a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach centered on your needs.

I have been to therapy myself, and I know firsthand that finding a therapist who truly “gets it” can feel impossible, especially if you’ve felt misunderstood or marginalized in other settings. Grief has also touched my own life, and that personal experience shapes how I show up every day: with compassion, patience, and an open mind.

Because of that, I understand that grief shows up differently for children than it does for adults. No matter where you are in that process, I will meet you there and work alongside you as you navigate it. For children ages 3+, I specialize in Play Therapy. Children often can’t find the words for big feelings, but they don’t have to. Play is their natural language, and that’s where we work together.

For children and teens with ADHD, I focus on targeted coping skills development to build focus, regulation, and confidence. For teens and adults, I draw on CBT, IFS, and Mindfulness to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you through your therapeutic journey. This space is for you.

Whether you are a parent seeking support for your child, an adult making sense of a loss, or simply looking for a space to be your authentic self — you belong here. This space honors who you are and your unique story.
